The commerce system uses Javascript RSA Encryption. When you click "Place Order," your entire order is encrypted with a 1024-bit RSA public key. Next, your encrypted order is sent to Chemical Systems via email. Once received, it is decrypted on our private system, and deleted after your order ships.
The following browsers have been tested with this website:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer: 5.0, 5.5, 6.0 (Mac/Win)
- Netscape Navigator 7 (Linux)
- Mozilla Navigator 5 (Linux)
- Opera 7.0 (Win/Linux)
Other browsers will be prevented from using the checkout page until we have added them to this list.
